Jacket Ball Valve is designed with an integrated insulation jacket that can insulate and heat the valve body.The jacket covers the body from one flange to the other flange.It uses fluids such as steam or hot oil to heat in the jacket.The Jackets assure consistent valve heating or cooling of the process media to prevent crystallization or seizing of flow media.
Waltfluid Jacket Ball Valve is well designed to help the high temperature steam or oil flow over the valve ball & body parts to keep the media liquid.This is particularly applicable to media such as bitumen and liquid sulfur. In addition, the efficient flow of media is ensured through the elimination of pockets.
