1 Piece Threaded Ball Valve Structural Features

Date:

1 Piece Threaded Ball Valve with a spherical sealing surface, coupled with a silicone gasket at the base of a high-pressure gate valve to adjust the valve's sealing performance. These pneumatic valves are lightweight, offer tight sealing, and a long service life. They can be used for quick disconnects or flow adjustment. They are suitable for applications requiring reliable sealing and excellent adjustment.

Fluorine-lined ball valve structural features:

1. A carbon-reinforced PTFE beveled elastic seal exerts negative pressure on the spherical surface, resulting in a long service life.

2. Compact, lightweight, and easy to insulate and install. This valve is typically installed horizontally.

3. Connection options for fluorine-lined valves: Welding, pipe threads, and flanges are available. Actuation options include handle, turbine, pneumatic, and electric, providing flexible and lightweight operation.

4. The valve stem and body are constructed of AISI 303 stainless steel and AISI 304 stainless steel, precision-machined and ground for excellent sealing and corrosion resistance.

5. Integrated welded ball valves draw on international expertise and are developed in accordance with domestic conditions, replacing imported products with domestically produced ones to fill domestic supply gaps. They are used in long-distance pipelines such as gas, crude oil, heating, chemical plants, and thermal power networks.

The fluorine-lined butterfly valve body is split, and the sealing of both sides of the valve shaft is adjusted by applying fluorine rubber to the rotating reference surface between the butterfly disc and the high-pressure gate valve. This results in a compact structure, elegant appearance, efficient manufacturing technology, and reliable performance.
