The 2PC Flanged Ball Valve is a pilot-operated, direct-acting solenoid valve widely used in thermal systems operating above 300°C, such as shipbuilding, testing equipment, heating equipment, and hydraulic equipment. These valves are primarily used in power plant exhaust pipe drainage systems and evaporator exhaust systems, primarily for two-position active regulation and remote control of the medium flowing through the pipeline.

The 2PC Flanged Ball Valve is suitable for various steam and thermal oil pipelines. It operates the valve by supplying power to the solenoid valve coil to open and close the valve.

The 2PC Flanged Ball Valve features high-temperature, corrosion-, and wear resistance. The seal is made of high-temperature-resistant PPL, and the coil is a high-temperature coil (a long-term energized coil can be customized). Internal fittings are made of 304 stainless steel for excellent corrosion resistance. Fluid lubrication between the piston and the valve is cleverly implemented to reduce wear.

Structure: Available in one-piece and two-piece versions, the key difference lies in future improvements and customer needs. The one-piece version can also be used in non-pressurized, high-temperature pipelines. The two-piece version can be produced in a large number of future products. The solenoid valve assembly consists of a valve sleeve, piston, moving rod, and magnetic core, utilizing PPL or metal seals. Both the valve sleeve and piston undergo heat and acid treatment to prevent deformation at temperatures exceeding 350°C. The extended pilot head and aluminum heat sink effectively dissipate heat from the valve body. The use of a high-temperature coil and a long-lasting power supply module ensures efficient operation.

Operating Principle: Pressure is discharged through the pilot head, effectively creating a pressure differential between the upper and lower chambers of the piston to achieve operation. Zero-pressure operation is also possible depending on the situation. Both integrated and split-body valves share the same principle, relying on the proportionality between the exhaust pressure in the upper chamber and the lower chamber to achieve valve opening and closing.
