3-way Flanged Ball Valve Actuator Description

Date:

3 Way Flanged Ball Valve is suitable for two-position shutoff and regulating applications. The valve and actuator are directly connected, consisting of an electric actuator such as UNIC, PSQ, HQ, or DHL (other electronic electric actuators can also be configured upon request) and an ultra-short ball valve. The electric actuator features a built-in servo system, eliminating the need for a separate servo amplifier. Operation is controlled by a 4-20mA signal input and a 220VAC power supply. Compared to conventional electric ball valves, this valve offers a compact structure, small size, and light weight. The valve seat and end flange are close together, minimizing material retention and providing superior sealing performance.

Hard-seal Ball Valve Product Description

Hard-seal ball valve: electrically actuated, flange-connected, floating ball, straight-through design. Seat and sealing materials include fluoroplastic (Q941F) and carbide (Q941Y). It offers nominal pressures of PN16 to PN63, nominal sizes of DN15 to DN300, and an operating temperature range of -29°C to 450°C. The valve body is made of carbon steel and alloy steel. It is suitable for two-position shutoff and regulating applications. Compared to conventional electric ball valves, these valves offer a more compact structure, smaller size, lighter weight, a closer distance between the valve seat and the end flange, minimized material retention, and superior sealing performance.
