A Brief Understanding Of 2pc Flanged Ball Valve
The 2PC Flanged Ball Valve is a somewhat mysterious valve. The following brief description will provide a brief understanding of it, primarily from a structural perspective.
Electric fluorine-lined ball valves are available in two-piece and three-piece configurations. They offer low fluid resistance, fast opening and closing speeds, and a simple structure. They utilize an FEP lining, offering exceptional chemical stability and compatibility with all highly corrosive environments except molten alkali metals and elemental fluorine. The full-bore, floating ball design ensures leak-free closure across the entire pressure range, facilitating piping and maintenance. The valve stem is integrally cast (forged) with the opening and closing ball, eliminating the possibility of the stem protruding from the pressure-bearing components due to pressure fluctuations, ultimately ensuring operational safety. The structure is compact and reasonable, and the inner cavity space of the valve body is minimized, which reduces the medium retention. In addition, the special molding process makes the sealing surface density good, and the herringbone annular PTFE packing combination makes the valve achieve zero leakage.
