The Structure Of The Threaded Ball Valve Has Some Wonderful Designs

Date:

Threaded Ball Valve consists of a valve body, a bonnet, an operating mechanism, a valve stem, a ball, and a valve seat. The valve body defines a valve cavity with media channels on either side. The ball is positioned within the cavity. One end of the valve stem extends through the bonnet and is interlocked with the ball. The operating mechanism is interlocked with the other end of the stem. The valve seat is fixed to the position of the valve cavity corresponding to the media channel and is mated with the ball. The bonnet includes a raised wall surrounding the valve stem. The stem is provided with a raised ring, the outer diameter of which matches the inner diameter of the raised wall. The outer wall of the valve stem, the upper wall of the raised ring, the inner wall of the raised wall, and the inner wall of the bonnet form an annular accommodating cavity. A sealing gasket is positioned within this annular accommodating cavity. An adjusting nut, threadedly connected to the valve stem, is located on the other side of the stem opposite the ball. This technical solution prevents leakage between the bonnet and the valve stem.

The hard-sealed ball valve includes: a ball, a valve seat, and a valve body; the valve seat of the product is made of metal; a sealing ring, a pressure ring, and a disc spring are placed on the valve seat and the valve body in sequence; the beneficial effect of this product is that it greatly broadens the scope of use of the ball valve and can be used under conditions of high temperature and high pressure, or when the medium contains granular objects.
