3 Piece Threaded Ball Valve Perfect Architecture
3 Piece Threaded Ball Valve have a comprehensive architecture, ensuring reliable operation wherever they are used.
This hard-seal ball valve and its production process are suitable for high-wear and highly corrosive conditions, addressing the brittle cracking issues associated with ceramic ball valves. This ball valve features a plasma-sprayed ceramic layer on the mating surfaces of the ball and seat. Leveraging the wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant properties of ceramic, it offers excellent internal sealing performance and longevity in harsh operating conditions such as high wear, severe corrosion, high temperatures, and high pressures. Furthermore, since the seat, ball, and valve body remain constructed of metal, cracking of the seat and ball is avoided. This process involves applying a predetermined thickness of ceramic material to the mating surfaces of the ball and seat, forming a ceramic layer. The mating surfaces are then ground separately. Finally, after assembly, the ball and seat are aligned and lapped to ensure a hard-seal fit between the ball and seat. This ensures the required hard-seal fit and enhances the sealing performance of the hard-seal ball valve.
The hard-seal ball valve includes a valve cover that forms a closed structure with the valve body seat. The valve cover is provided with a valve stem, one end of which is provided with a first drive pin, which is provided with a first drive plate. A support shaft is provided at the bottom end of the valve body seat, which is provided with a second drive pin, which is provided with a second drive plate. A ball is positioned between the first and second drive plates. This product has a simple structure, low manufacturing cost, fast opening and closing speeds, low wear, and easy operation.
