• Tested in accordance with EN488.

• ISO9001 certified.

Large-diameter welded ball valve applications:

1. City gas: gas output pipelines, main lines, and branch lines.

2. Central heating: output pipelines, main lines, and branch lines for large heating equipment.

3. Heat exchangers: opening and closing pipelines and circuits.

4. Steel mills: various fluid pipelines, exhaust gas discharge pipelines, gas and heat supply pipelines, and fuel supply pipelines. 5. Various industrial equipment, various heat treatment pipelines, various industrial gas and heat pipelines.

Installation Precautions for Large-Diameter Welded Ball Valves:

1. Welding.

Large-diameter fully welded ball valves are connected to main pipelines by welding. The weld quality must meet the Level II standard of "Radiography of Disk-Bending Fusion Welded Joints" (GB3323-2005). When welding large-diameter welded ball valves to pipelines, the valve should be in the 100% open position to prevent damage from splashing weld slag. Ensure that the temperature of the valve's internal seals does not exceed 140°C. Appropriate cooling measures may be implemented if necessary.

2. Hoisting.

The valve should be hoisted using the correct method. To protect the valve stem, do not attach the lifting chain to the handwheel, gearbox, or actuator. Do not remove the protective caps on both ends of the valve sleeve before welding.

3. Valve Shaft Masonry. Large-diameter welded ball valves feature a unique structural design, making them maintenance-free. Before burial, the exterior of the valve is coated with a special Pu anti-corrosion coating. Three injection pipes, one for emergency grease injection into the valve seat and stem, one for the center cavity vent pipe, and one for the valve stem, are appropriately extended based on the depth of the burial, allowing operators to perform all operations from the surface.

After burial, a small valve manhole can be constructed. Conventional non-fully welded ball valves, on the other hand, cannot be buried directly and require the construction of a large manhole, creating a dangerous, confined space that is detrimental to safe operation. Furthermore, the valve body and the bolted connections to the pipeline can be corroded, shortening the valve's service life.

Daily Maintenance of Large-Diameter Welded Ball Valves:

1. Clean the surface of the ball valve and regularly circulate the valve to reduce surface stain accumulation. Reducing stain corrosion can extend the service life of the welded ball valve.

2. Regularly circulate the valve ball to prevent external factors from causing the ball valve to become fixed and difficult to adjust. 3. Clean the valve seat regularly. Cleaning the valve seat facilitates fluid control and operation, improving the performance of welded ball valves.
3.1 This is the most important aspect of ball valve operation. It reduces the accumulation of dirt on the valve seat, which can reduce the flexibility of the valve seat and make operation more difficult.
3.2 The user can consider the fluid properties and set a specific cleaning schedule for the ball valve. This ensures proper operation of the ball valve while reducing labor.
