How To Make 3-way Ball Valve More Efficient
The spring load causes the auxiliary seal to expand, establishing a seal between the valve body and seat. The spring load is sufficient to provide a reliable seal between the valve seat and the ball. Under low-pressure conditions, a sealing grease injection system can be designed between the seat sealing surface and the ball.
This 3 Way Ball Valve utilizes advanced spray coating technology. Through treatment for various operating conditions, the valve body surface can achieve a hardness of up to HRC 78. The seat sealing surface is treated to a hardness of up to HRC 72. The ball and seat are matched and ground, and all sealing areas of the ball valve are precision-ground. This valve is suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure water, steam, oil, coal, fiber, viscous and corrosive media, and media containing particles. Metal-seal ball valves are available in floating and fixed ball configurations. The metal seat ring contacts the ball surface, and the uniform spring load acting on the seat ring creates a seal between the seat ring and the ball.
