Using 2 Piece Ball Valve Can Bring The Greatest Benefits To Customers
Lubricate with grease.
The grease should be compatible with the ball valve's metal, rubber, and plastic components, as well as the working medium.
Apply a thin layer of grease to the seal mounting groove, the rubber seal, and the sealing and friction surfaces of the 2 Piece Ball Valve stem.
During assembly, metal debris, fibers, grease, dust, and other impurities and foreign matter must not be allowed to contaminate, adhere to, or remain on component surfaces or enter the internal cavity.
Proper operation of the machine is only possible when ensuring the accuracy of all aspects of the hard-seal ball valve.
To maximize the effectiveness of hard-seal ball valves, attention must be paid to certain details during operation. For example, when a hard-seal ball valve is closed, pressurized fluid remains inside the pneumatic valve body. Before maintenance, relieve line pressure and open the valve; disconnect the power or air supply; and disconnect the actuator from the bracket. Ensure that the upstream and downstream pipelines of the ball valve are depressurized before disassembly. During disassembly and reassembly, care must be taken to avoid damaging the sealing surfaces of components, especially non-metallic parts. Special tools should be used to remove O-rings.
During assembly, bolts on the flange must be tightened symmetrically, gradually, and evenly. The cleaning agent should be compatible with the rubber, plastic, and metal components of the ball valve, as well as the working fluid.
Individual components can be cleaned by immersion.
During cleaning, all grease, dirt, adhesive deposits, and dust adhering to the surfaces must be removed.
Non-metallic parts should be removed from the cleaning agent immediately after cleaning and should not be soaked for extended periods.
New parts should also be cleaned thoroughly before assembly.
