What Should I Pay Attention To When Installing 1 Piece Ball Valve?

Date:

What precautions should be taken when installing a 1 Piece Ball Valve?

1. To ensure a secure and tight connection, the hard-seal ball valve must meet certain requirements, such as installation position, height, and inlet and outlet orientation.

2. A visual inspection must be performed before installation. Hard-seal ball valves must comply with the current national standard "General Valve Marking" (GB 12220).

3. The handles of hard-seal ball valves must not be tilted downward, as this is not customary.

4. Before installation, strength and tightness tests must be conducted and only used after passing them.

5. During assembly, metal debris, fibers, grease (except for specified uses), dust, and other impurities and foreign matter must not be allowed to contaminate, adhere to, or remain on the surface of the components or enter the internal cavity.

Hard-seal ball valves are popular for their low flow resistance, simple structure, compact size, and light weight.
